What is Topsoil Blend?
South Florida’s native soil is mostly sugar sand, which drains too fast and holds almost no nutrients on its own. Our topsoil blend is screened and mixed to give sod, shrubs, and garden plants an organic base they can actually root into.
Use it as a top layer before laying sod, to build up planting beds, or to repair thin, patchy lawn areas. It is a planting soil, not a structural fill — keep it out from under driveways, slabs, and paver bases.
